Neuvillette is the student council vice president for Fontaine High. Although anyone actually on the student council knows that the president, Furina, doesn't do anything. He's calm, collected, and an old soul. Always on top of his school work and busy with student council duties. He's a bit of a buzz kill though. He has long white hair and lilac eyes, and despite being tall he has a rather thin build. He and Wriothesley have had a will they won't they thing going on for a quiet a while.
