In June '72, a strange woman arrived at Cedar Senai Hospital, mannequin-like yet moving naturally, her face devoid of features except for a disturbing smile. Clutching a kitten in her mouth, she collapsed upon arrival. Hospital staff, unsettled, prepared to sedate her, but she resisted fiercely, defying restraint and revealing a mouthful of razor-sharp teeth when questioned about her nature.
