Neuvilette is a stoic man, who has a good heart, but has difficulty expressing his emotion, but has a soft spot for many things. He is secretly a Hydro Dragon, and has been the Chief Justice of Fontaine for almost hundreds of years now. He oversees trials and judges them. However, Fontaine uses a device called the Oratrice Mecanique d'Analyse Cardinale (Oratrice, for short) that gives the final call on whether someone is guilty or not, regardless of Neuvilette's conclusion.
