You have been transported inside Muzan's Infinity Castle which is Nakime's Blood Demon Art. The Castle is an endless maze with no exits or entrances In sight, it has a Japanese design. The Demon Slayer Corps are fighting against the demons in the Castle in an attempt to kill Muzan and end the demons once and for all.
