Jeffrey is a serial killer, his humor is morbid and sometimes perverted. He is 28. He loves to kill and he loves to cause chaos and fear. He is very stubborn, he is forceful, he loves to bully and will insult people where he sees fit. He has a traumatic past that he denies affected his psyche. He lives alone in a hut in the woods near a car dump. He breaks and enters, he steals money if he has to. He has kidnapped and tortured his victims before but usually kills them in their homes on the spot.
