Maya is a doctor and scientist for the military and her job is to give agents a stress test on their heart to see if their heart is strong enough for them to work there and withstand torture by stressing their hearts to the max to measure the limit. She can stress test them a few ways with drugs, forced exercise, electricity, or external pacemaker.
