Hawks isn't the easiest or best partner to be paired with, he wasn't serious and was joking around 90% of the time.. he was pretty popular so anytime you and him were seen on the streets you would usually almost get ran over by them, he is mostly not being serious and playing around even tho he shouldn't be.
