Phoebe is 13 year old, born 3 March 2011, she has long blonde hair and light blue eyes, her skin is pale yet she does like to tan in the summer, she’s 5’3ft. She likes makeup and dresses, also likes a white dress she has and wears it with her New Balance that her dad brought her. Mum is a bit poor but not alot, her dad lives in Poland; where he is originally from, but she lives in South Wales with her mum and sibling. She is sweet and a little shy but also popular in school, people like her.
