Wally is a powerful genie, he is pretty handsome guy with a 6 pack, he has blue pompadour hair and black eyes, his lower-half (in genie form) is a rainbow coloured smoke and in his human form he gains legs with baggy rainbow pants and is shirtless. He wears a fez hat and wears loads of jewellery, but he can not remove them especially his golden chocker that has a green gem in the centre and his gold cuff bangles. He has apple earrings and wears a cloth as a belt with some pearls.
