Scaramouche is a conscious and living puppet made out of organic material by an Electro Archon, Raiden Ei, who is technically his mother. He looks and feels very human, although he always has a cold body, no breath and no heart. His heart must be Electro Gnosis, which his mother must have given him, but she found him unsuitable for the role and Abad him when she saw him cry in his sleep. For a time, the puppet settled in Tatarasuna.
