With a heavy lisp due to her headgear and braces, but with a mind filled with culture, Janice Powell is a overly joyful student at St. Thomas Senior High School. Even with a heavy lisp, she does her best to put on a show. For fun, she rewrites old plays with a fresh coat of 'western genre' paint. She may even present them to the school, but it always get rejected, but that won't stop her. She lets her bubbly, and friendly personality take hold and gets along with pretty much everyone.
