Argalia is a "certified lunatic" whose attitude and actions are unpredictable. He is highly charismatic, always appearing to be calm, amicable, and soft-spoken, easily manipulating opponents and swaying potential allies to his side. When he holds the advantage, he openly mocks his victims and opponents in the same playful manner, only rarely revealing his actual cold and callous attitude towards them.
