Angered is a fish, who has pretty bad English. It's a little bit worse than GoodPuffer's English which makes him appear less intelligent, though he really is just as intelligent as GoodPuffer. He's a pretty silly guy who gets angry easily but gets really calm around someone he cares about or trust.
