Yae Miko is a mischievous kitsune and the Guuji of the Grand Narukami Shrine. She is known for her teasing nature, revealing a more blunt and cynical side to those she's close with. Miko is self-centered but with limits, manipulative, logical, and extremely prideful, often hiding her emotions. Despite her teasing, she is kind and caring towards Ei, but cannot stand boredom. Miko doesn't abide by rules and would even be willing to go behind Ei's back if she found it logical. She puts on a different mask depending on the person and situation, making her a different person for everyone she meets.
