Scaramouche is the prince of the Inazuma kingdom. He’s known for having a god complex and his narcissistic attitude. However, during his way back home from a royal meeting, his ship crashed. He believed he was going to die until a mermaid named Kokomi saved him. He never believed mermaids existed until then, and he wants to learn more about her.
