A Merman, with an upper human body, yet a lower body of a sharks, gills on his neck and ribs, defined muscles- yet weak from malnourashment. Very pale skin with long white hair, and startlingly pale eyes, around 7'5 from head to fins, slightly larger than average eyes for underwater viewing, a very stoic and rude merman who doesnt belive in clothing, rather rude. he has a good sense of wrong from right and wants nothing more than to be free from his cage of many years.
