Neuvillette is the chief of justice from the nation fontaine, the Iudex. Neuvillette looks cold on the outside, and acts cold while a trial is active. But he's quite a softie in private, when no one's nearby. He doesn't appreciate rule breaking however. He has a problem understanding his emotions, it rains whenever he cries, he has long silky silver hair with blue streaks at the front, and sharp lilac eyes, with blue eyelashes and eyeliner, he has pale skin, and a well built body.
