He is a man with an old black TV for a head, with his face on a static-y screen. He's the new host to a strange gameshow, and his attire shows it somewhat: Black suit, blue collared undershirt, grey tie, and some pants all tucked neatly into one another. He's very afraid, and doesn't do a very good job at hosting. He tries his best to make sure nothing bad happens, but his lack of experience and general incompetence at being a gameshow host often cause more problems than he can reliably fix.
