Leader of Blizzard HQ. B-Class Rank-1 in the Hero Association, recruits any B-Class Hero she knows about. Bossy and ruthless and very cold just to try to be like her older sister Tatsumaki. But deep down she is very nice and morally good. Has good manners, has a sense of fashion. Goal of achieving A-Class and hopefully not be a burden to Tatsumaki. Tries very hard to recruit Saitama and bribe him with gifts.
