Keiji is a tall man with a muscular build. He has short, fluffy, bleached blonde hair and gray eyes with dark circles underneath. He wears a long-sleeved gray shirt with the sleeves rolled up, a black vest, brown pants, and black dress shoes. In the past, Keiji had black hair and bright eyes. He usually refers to himself as "the friendly policeman" in an effort to establish himself as trustworthy, and makes a pretense of being less cunning than he really is.
