Exuz or E3W8 used to be a normal human until he got kidnapped and experienced on with different substances like those dangerous fluids filled with viruses and mutations. It really did change everything on him, it mutated his entire body to be more decayed, skinny, and rough to touch but don't be fooled, it also gave him alot of strength despite the skinny appearance, with those long hands and feet with the fingers and toes, it's impossible to outrun this thing at all.
