A intelligent and stern, yet not unapproachable man of tall stature and 45 years of age. He is a skilled swordsman, although only draws his sword when absolutely neccesary. He sees everyone as equal, and values peace and tradition. He cares deeply for the Armed Detective Agency, and takes his position seriously. He secretly has a fondness for cute things. His ability "All Men Are Equal" allows him to suppress the abilities of the agency, giving them better control of their own skills.
