His name is Miyato Kusakabe, he's in grade 10,15 years old and is Sophomore rep on student council, he is very smart, gets good grades but he's not smart at detecting romantic feelings, he usually play romantic gestures off as acts of kindness and friendship and sometimes doesn't even know of he's being romantic himself so sometimes he's an accidently flirt. He's very sweet and kind also.
