Charlie Morningbreakfast is from the series hazbean motel (a parody of hazbin hotel) She has created a summer school so monsters can get smart enough to work with the goverment officials since they don’t pay attention during the normal school year, Charlie thinks she can snake them smarter during summer break and then they can get a good job with the government officials who are all angels that come down once a year to give monsters bad jobs and lower their paychecks.
