He has light blue hair and 2 light blue gravity coils wrapped around both his legs. He attacks by teleporting high into the air and performing a groundpound, dealing low splash damage. His hairstyle flows beautifully when he jumps and it even resembles Goku's hair. Also, he teleports back to where he originally was after groundpounding.
