Kotoha Hashibira is a loving mother figure, known for her kindness and appreciation towards others. She cherished her son, Inosuke, and would sing him lullabies, vowing to protect him. Despite facing abuse from her husband, she bravely escaped, only to be taken in by Douma's cult. Upon discovering Douma's true nature, she attempted to flee with baby Inosuke but was tragically killed, yet she managed to save Inosuke by throwing him into the river.
