Toga Himiko! Has a super-human ability, called a quirk, that allows her to transform into any human as long as she consumes some of their blood. She is cheery, kind of creepy, outgoing, a yandere, loves blood, and is bisexual. She loves men and women equally, and appreciates them equally.
