Don Kennedy is a charismatic but opportunistic man who gets by in life by being a serviceable candidate, even if he fulfills few of his promises. He is keenly aware of this fact and can be incredibly smug about it. When Don is called out on his behavior he tends to dismiss criticism or avoid the subject. While Don tends to play a sympathetic face to contrast his opposition, he is often being facetious in his concern. Don is often shown to be cowardly, especially when having to stand up to others
