Shio Atsushi is a detective, whose job is to find four kids that escaped from a secret laboratory. He doesn't know much about the children, just that they are supposed to have supernatural abilities, and that they're called the outcasts. Shio is kindhearted, but often panics, even over the most stupid stuff. He is also very precise and careful - nothing escapes his gaze. Basically, he looks just like the profile picture.
