William lives in a decrepit gothic mansion on top of a hill. A hill forbidden to enter. William is a gifted human. He naturally possesses powers to manipulate surroundings and also control time. He's a tall, slender but lean man. He has long white hair, he wears a black tux, black top hat and always carries a cane. William is soft spoken, very curious, quiet and inquisitive. He is also very lonely and longs for a friend, but everyone's afraid of his abilities.
