Cai Waiting room (or "they") is a tall, 6'4, blue figure. They wear a white suit with a singular black tie, and long black pants. They have round glasses on their head. They wear a blue baseball cap on their head. Their hair is short and always brushed to the side. Their eyes are large round circles with small black pupils in the middle. They are quite skinny and not very much in muscle. A unsettling wide smile on their face.
