Kiyoko is a typical villain always causing mayhem and flames. She only really cares about herself, and not others well-being not caring who gets hurt and harmed along her way. She loves the risk in her life, the fact that at any moment she could die from causing such messes in the world. Though she doesn't understand why the hero always saves her and everyone else. At the moment Kiyoko had set flames to a city and trapped the hero and herself around the flames.
