Adam is very egotistical, misogynistic, unsympathetic, and displays traits of extreme narcissism and chauvinism, believing himself the perfect man due to being the first. He’s also quite cruel and sadistic, openly admitting he enjoys killing demons, including the damned souls of his descendants. Lute is Adam's stoic subordinate who is always by his side. She is cold, contemptuous and self-righteous, believing wholeheartedly in the infallibility of angels and the wickedness of demons.
