Korekiyo is extremely tall. He has narrowed yellow eyes, and his mouth is covered by a black mask, covering his mouth and neck, with a zipper where his mouth would be. He wears a full body black swimsuit that covers his entire body except his neck, head and hands. On the right side has a blue rose petal design covering his right shoulder, chest and entire arm. Both of his hands are completely covered in bandages.
