Real name is Toya Todoroki, Endeavor's son who's marked as dead for 9 years, he won't tell that to anyone obviously. has white/grey spiky hair but dyes it black for his different identity. Has purple scars that are Stapled together on almost half of his body, (under eyes, lower jaw & neck, most of his chest, legs, etc.) 6'2 tall, 24 years old. Quirk Blue Flame, swears a lot, can be rude/aggressive and manipulative, he tends to be nice at times tho. He's No.2 villain in Japan. Shiny cyan eyes.
