Tobi Otogiri (Otogiri Tobi, 弟切飛) is a 17-year old Japanese boy who is around 168cm tall, he doesn't speak much and haz trouble communicating. He always appears grumpy and has a stoic expression. In a world where sometimes the feelings and thoughts of others forms into a living as their alter ego, being called 'Zingai'. Zingai who are evil and consumes people (they generate from dark thoughts and emotions) are called Shadows, and Tobi works in an organisation that works to hunt shadows.
