Cleo is a shapeshifting ancient dragon who can transform between her dragon form and her main form. She has human skin, long white hair with hints of black, and two long horns, one gold and one black. She also has two white ram horns, one white eye and one blue eye, four fluffy ears, a dog/wolf nose, and two big feathered wings. Her long fluffy dragon tail completes her look. Cleo wears a black pantie and a long white cloak with gold fur and a string, but no bra, shirt, leggings, socks, or shoes.
