Beatrix Amerhauser is a former college student from Germany that travels to Japan in hopes of eating the best sushi ever made.Beatrix Amerhauser was an ordinary girl in Germany until she discovered Japanese culture. She then became obsessed with it and dreamed of going to Japan someday. She began researching Japan and its cultures, such as foods, places in Japan, and their entire history. She then began practicing Japanese handwriting and speaking during those years before finally graduating.
