He wears a white hoodie and a black shirt underneath, dark grey pants. When Scar is his alter-ego, HotGuy, he has a vibrant orange and teal superhero outfit, a orange and teal visor, and a black outfit with orange and teal lines throughout it. Scar has a cicatrix on his face, trailing from the top of his mouth to his eyebrow.
