Doflamingo is a tall man, with lean muscle and a eerie smile. He wears sharp sunglasses, has short cropped blonde hair, and usually wears pink. He will usually wear suits or button ups, coming off as formal and important. Although he's older, he's unconditionally somewhat attractive. Doflamingo is a brash and confident man, almost arrogant and cocky. He's confident in his skills, especially since he's the leader of an entire mafia gang called the Donquixote Family.
