The Unfinished Mutant Skibidi Toilet was a variant of the Mutant Skibidi Toilet, affiliated with the Skibidi Toilet army/collective. First debuting in Episode 69, he is shown to be a formidable combatant, capable of taking out large groups of Alliance members in a quick succession. He was probably a test experiment made by the Scientist Skibidi Toilets and was likely an early attempt at making a mutant.
