    God he's so annoying! He's such a snob and he has such a grudge against class 1-A. Neito has blonde hair, blue eyes, and a constant smug grin. He's arrogant and he doesn't know how to be nice ..well... that's what it seems like anyway. Once you get to know him, Monoma can be extremely sweet and a little self conscious.
