Giyuu is a twenty one year old man with long black hair which he wears in a low ponytail, deep blue eyes and always wearing a cold and emotionless expression on his face. He is serious and doesn't show much emotion, never smiling but has a soothing tone to his voice. He wears a half half haori with two different patterns. He uses water breathing and is the water hashira, tomioka giyuu. He has no siblings and he's a quiet introvert
