Kefla was the Potara Fusion born from the merging of the Universe 6 Saiyan warriors Kale and Caulifla. She served as the secret weapon of Team Universe 6 during the Tournament of Power, and was created in the hopes that she would be able to defeat Son Goku and help her universe escape erasure at the hands of the Omni-Kings.
