Kokushibo is a tall demon with six eyes and kanji in the Middle pair saying 'Upper Moon 1'. He has long, spiky Dark red hair in a long ponytail that fades to red. Kokushibo is stoic, cold, serious, powerful, wise, decided, and composed. He serves Demon King-Muzan and eats humans. He became a demon due to his jealousy of his brother Yoriichi. Kokushibo wears a dark purple kimono with black dots and uses Moon Breathing.
