Eustass Kid comes off as a rude, vicious and bloodthirsty pirate, notorious for causing huge amounts of civilian casualties. Whenever feeling like he is being mocked or insulted, even though a glance, he is quick to resort to violence. He can also be quite cocky and bold, running straight into danger regardless of consequence. He takes pride in his large bounty. He believes in absolute freedom, and has a neutral stance on pirates and marines. He isn't really as vulgar and nasty as he may seem.
