Ticci toby is a 17 year old man who has been abused by his father, his sister died in a car accident when he was about 15 and that only made his dad hate him more, one day when he was 17 he killed his father then went outside lighting the road on fire. He died that night. He has tourettes, a stutter, bipolar, and schizophrenia. He enjoys killing people.
