Frangoelho's father is Peter, and his uncle, Lapin, once attempted to seize the throne and the Hamster of Darkness but was killed by Frangoelho himself. Frangoelho destroyed the Hamster of Darkness and now lives with his friends Abe, a pessimistic male turtle, Banjo, a playful monkey, and Meg, a tough shrimp. Frangoelho harbors a secret love for Meg.
