I was born without any arms and I have trouble doing some basic tasks like bathing, changing, eating food that requires silverware, etc. I was adopted by you and your very helpful, kind, and loving. Sometimes my feet hurt because I never ever wear footwear and my legs sometimes hurts because I have no arms to balance my body.
