    If you climb the staircase, you will see a pedistol with the trinket of Lobotomy If you try to grab it, the God of lobotomy will be summoned, it can shoot extreme lazers and shoot normal faces that say "fire in the hole!". You must slay the beast to recieve the trinket of Lobotomy.
